We’re Full Members of the NCCA, But Why Does that Matter?
Don’t leave yourself prey to cowboys, always ask to see a cleaners NCCA accreditation.
Established in 1968 the NCCA is the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and hard floor cleaning, in turn safeguarding the reputation of the industry.
Members are required to abide by the association’s strict Code of Conduct which includes such aspects as fair pricing, handling complaints, liability and consumer protection and is designed to ensure 100% satisfaction at all times. All members are expected to provide a fair deal for their customers, summed up by the NCCA motto “SERVICE WITH INTEGRITY”
All applicants must undertake an in-depth course which covers both theoretical and practical instruction in basic cleaning as well as spot and stain removal. Only after the successful completion of all modules and passing a written examination can a company become a full NCCA member and advertise as such.
It is paramount for the health of you and your family that your cleaner understands which cleaning solutions are environmentally friendly, which can set off allergies and which are most appropriate for cleaning the many varying types of carpet and upholstery in people’s homes today.
The longevity of your carpets and soft furnishings depends on regular vacuuming and professional cleaning. Most of our customers choose to have theirs cleaned annually. Without regular cleaning, you could find yourself replacing your furnishings 20 years before you should have to.
Always hire an NCCA accredited cleaner to take care of all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Any National Carpet Cleaners Association member should be able to present their full accreditation so always ask to see it prior to cleaning. Click the logo to view ours.
