We can collect your rugs from you at a convenient time, during which we will carry out a cleaning inspection so the very best results are achieved.

Your rugs will then be taken to our off-site cleaning facility to be professionally cleaned and hand finished using a multistep cleaning process. This process will be explained to you in more depth when we visit.

Your rugs will usually be returned within 1 to 2 weeks. In some circumstances, they can be cleaned on-site and will dry naturally.
